Lemon-Dressed Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 100gr baby leaf spinach
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 lemon, juice only
• Pinch of sea salt

Method

1. Toss the spinach with oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
2. Set aside.

Notes

• Optionally add chopped walnuts and Parmesan
