# Lemon-Dressed Spinach Salad

#### Ingredients

- 100gr baby leaf spinach
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- Pinch of sea salt

#### Method

1. Toss the spinach with oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
2. Set aside.

#### Notes

- Optionally add chopped walnuts and Parmesan
