Lemon-Dressed Spinach Salad

Ingredients
100gr baby leaf spinach
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juice only
Pinch of sea salt
Method
Toss the spinach with oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
Set aside.
Notes
Optionally add chopped walnuts and Parmesan
